What kind of support will I receive with a Clover POS?

Our agents are available to assist you when you’re unable to resolve issues on your own. There are a few ways to reach live support:

  • From a browser, log in to your Clover account and select Help from the top menu to access a range of support options.
  • On a Clover device, tap Help on the home screen.
  • In the Clover Go mobile app, open the menu and tap Help.
  • Find your direct support phone number on your statement or call our general support line at: (855) 853-8340

For your security, we’ll ask for your Merchant ID (MID) or Tax Identification Number (TIN), so please have that information handy.

What do I get for the base price of a Flex?

You’ll receive your new Flex device, with its protective silicone sleeve, along with a Flex starter kit that includes: a quick start guide, charging cradle, optional PIN entry aid, power brick, power cord, and one roll of receipt paper.

If I take a payment on a Flex, will I see it on another Clover device at the counter?

Yes, Clover devices that are configured as part of one system will share all transaction info across devices.

Can I take Apple Pay® with Flex?

All new Clover devices support acceptance of mobile payments from digital wallet services including Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay.
